How have they been targeted? ( articles, features, writers )

The majority of the articles feature black people within the covers / thumbnails. They also discuss a lot of black related topics, such as: Black History Month, Black Unity Bike Ride, Black History and etc.
One of the writers 'Sinai Fleary' is a Black Women, Who was responsible in writing a few of the posts within the Website, Like "How Black History is helping black dementia patients" It's pretty clear that these articles are targeted to Black People.
Adverts like the one shown in the picture on top are also black themed, 'South African Road Trip'

How does Post Colonialism Fit in?

Unlike the typical Post Colonial texts where the European or White people are the only ones being portrayed as good, Typically by making them look a certain way, Business suits to portray professionalism and class is one of the examples.

But, In this article. The main center of attention, are the Black People or what a typical Post Colonial text would call as the "Others". There is so many posts about Black people that the White people are considered as a minority within this article and in almost all portrayal of Blacks are good ones, Which basically means that this article completely subverts the typical ideas of Post Colonialism.

Some good portrayal of the Blacks include, the positive looking thumbnails like The guy in this picture smiling, Which considered as something fun that spread happiness, which likely make the audience somewhat feel the same way.

Narrative Theory What is a Narrative? A Narrative describes on how a story is being told by a person like a Director would in their films. Unlike a plot who describes what the story is , like Harry Potter realizing he's a wizard or Luke Skywalker destroying the 1st Death Star. A Narrative combines the various elements within the film like setting character or plot and tells that story in way for it to signify the most meaning towards audience. A Story can be Narrated in various ways, either using first person or third person, A sequence of a story might not always stay in line as well, Sometimes a stories would have fragmented sequences ( where the plot jumps back or forwards in the past or in the future ). And all the methods have their own specific uses and meaning which goes back to what the story makers want to have the audience to receive. Post Modernism Case Studies

Analyze the key characteristics of postmodern media? Jean Baudrillard stated that post modernist texts is a copy of a copy in where there is reality, Heightened reality and hyper reality, with each one being more surreal than the other. A Documentary like 'Hailstorm' ( 2022 ) available on Netflix is an example of heightened reality as it includes aspects that are real such as natural environment, sounds and real life locations but at the same time includes artificial editing that creates different meaning in the form of music, narration and camera angles. While audiences would still be able to tell the difference on what's real or not. Their perception of the film changes depending on what the Producers show. The cooking show 'Hell's Kitchen' ( 2023 ) is a TV Series that haves chefs battle each other in a cooking contest. This series in considered as a Hyper Reality as audiences would struggle to grasp on what exactly is real in the film and what isn't. This
