This results in a widespread fear that is disproportionate to the problem. | The 'Momo Challage' (2018) was an internet phenomenon that talked about a creepy character named 'Momo' who haunts social media platforms that encourages children to perform suicide or dangerous actions. As the news became more trending. it results in widespread panic of parents and teens who feared their safety. But, in reality there was little evidence that says this threat was even real. Eventually the challange was debunked as a hoax. |

The Show's plot of a cooking contest might be exagerated with problems being purposely made or drama shown to increase the engagement. This blurs the line between reality and fiction as audience has a hard time breaking down what parts are real or fake. |

They resort in influencing people through the media by portraying themselves as powerful and the 'otthers' as weak. | Black Panther 2 (2022) is a movie that subverts Post Colonialism. This is because, instead of showing the 'Colonizers' ( Europeans or America ) as powerful. The Wakandans who represents Africa show themselves as powerful, futuristic and civilized. This influences the audience as following the release they would view the countries in Africa with a prefered reading and not at all to what most representation of Africa is. |
