PODCAST - Tutorial demonstration

In this day our group went to the Podcast / Radio room within our school. One of the teachers, Mr Wayan gave us a in depth tutorial on how to operate and identify the various machines and technologies that is useful for Podcasting, such as: 
  • Microphones
  • Cables or Wires
  • Audio mixers & Interface



We were also shown, how to connect various cables of different types together and how they are detected by the computer or software. Mr Wayan gave various recommendations of products useful for a podcast that is in a budget. Some microphones are better for podcast while some are better for voice acting, He also told us that our phones could be a good device to record voices. 

Finally, at the end of the demonstration, the setup of the podcast would be prepared by next week and during that time We would record the actual podcast with all of the preparations that we had done. So all that we need to do know, is to finish up all the setup like scripts, facts, adverts and the timeline or main points. We also need to book a recording session by next week.

Todorov's Narrative Theory

  Todorov's Narrative Theory  He Explains that in every story, in the beginning, there is always an  equilibrium , A State of balance , The status quo so to speak. Everyone is living their day to day lives. While its not perfect or sometimes even good, it is still the lives that they lived.  But as time passes on,  a  disruption  appears ,  a sudden change the regular day to day routine.
