Story Board Practice













This was my attempt on making a Story board in Media Class, I did it on a commercial 'Somesuch' Money Supermarket " That's how I roll " 


What I found easy - Identifying the shots, timing, movements and overall look of the scene wasn't as difficult as imagined it to be and the fact the we didn't have to be perfect on the drawings is also nice, since my drawing isn't that great. 

What I found hard - Trying to draw the scene so it can look like the actual ones in pretty hard, Even if it doesn't have to be perfect. I didn't use any colored pens or markers is this one, which makes it pretty bland, so in the next attempt ill try to use colored markers to make it more obvious.

Todorov's Narrative Theory

  Todorov's Narrative Theory  He Explains that in every story, in the beginning, there is always an  equilibrium , A State of balance , The status quo so to speak. Everyone is living their day to day lives. While its not perfect or sometimes even good, it is still the lives that they lived.  But as time passes on,  a  disruption  appears ,  a sudden change the regular day to day routine. And in a story this is where the conflict would begin, a problem that the characters would need to solve.
