 OFCOM The Office of Communications or more commonly known as OFCOM is the primary regulator for Britain that mainly regulates Tv shows and the Postal service.  They make sure that programs does not contain any offensive, inappropriate or similar content for audiences. In the UK there is also a watershed, Where programs above the times of  05:30 AM to 21:00 PM must be age appropriate for kids. While Contents above those times are allowed for a more adult audience.  But OFCOM cannot censor any programs that has not been released, They can only censor shows that has been released. But these censors or bans completely depends on audience and their complaints, If the audience doesn't complain no action would be made unless the content is extremely offensive.   Though, not all complains would result in bans or fines. The Storyboard This is the overall storyboard that I made , that underlines the plot of our music video.   This is the story board I made for our group. It underlines most of the shots that were going to do in the actual music video along with angles, movement, composition, plot and etc SCENE 1 / 0s - 12s  Opening Sequence Establishing Shot  Night Time , Starry Sky Background  The word ‘Ghost Town’ Would appear Cam would be handicam / shaky. Following the Lyrics, I’d show the Star filled sky. The Handicam or Shaky camera + Filters I hope would match the nostalgic feeling that the first 12s of the song would have. Digipack Research & Development Abizer & Jason Did this Intro: So our group consists of about four people with me and Jason being in charge of anything Digipak related starting from the research to the actual final product/ design while Jo and Angelo handle the film production and story board along with some research. Cover Research: As for the cover page Jason has found some interesting pictures and concepts to use for it. He suggested using a depressing looking beach in black and white for the background with a guy in the frame and having the advisory sign and later Jo also suggested putting a proscription on the Digipak to make it look like a Digipak for a drug music video.
